About this policy
This is an English translation of the Italian Cookie Policy. It is provided for convenience only: the Italian version is the legally binding one, and it prevails in case of any difference.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. On your next visit the browser sends them back to the website, which can then remember some information, for example your preferences.
There are also other similar tracking tools (for example the browser's local storage). On this page we call them all "cookies".
This Cookie Policy covers only the talbox.it website, run by TALBOX SRLS (Milano (MI), Italia, VAT no. IT02793380201). It follows Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the "Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools" issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) on 10 June 2021. Which cookies we use
We use cookies divided into three categories.
Necessary
They are essential for the website to work. They do not require your consent and cannot be switched off from the banner.
Today the website uses only one necessary cookie: cc_cookie, which stores your cookie choices for 6 months. Without it the banner would reappear on every page.
Analytics
They help us understand, in aggregated form, how many people visit the website and which pages they read. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you have consented to the "Analytics" category. Before consent, no Google Analytics script is downloaded and no analytics cookie is saved.
When it is active:
- Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses: IP anonymisation is built into the service;
- we use Google Consent Mode v2 with all permissions set to "denied" by default, and we grant them only after your consent;
- the cookies used are
_gaand_ga_<ID>, lasting 13 months; - we do not use the data for advertising, we do not combine it with other data, and we do not enable data sharing with other Google products for advertising purposes.
Marketing
The "Marketing" category appears in the banner, but today the website uses no marketing or profiling cookies. Before introducing any, we will update this Cookie Policy and ask for your consent.

Third-party tools
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, with possible transfer to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses). The website uses no other third-party services that set cookies: fonts, images and scripts are hosted on our own servers, with no calls to Google Fonts or other external CDNs.
Links to our product websites (for example PRINTSERVIS, WedInItaly, KLEPA, Animacara) lead to separate websites, each with its own Cookie Policy.
How consent works
On your first visit a banner appears. You can:
- click "Accept" to enable all categories;
- click "Reject" to use only necessary cookies;
- click "Customise" to choose category by category.
The "Accept" and "Reject" buttons are given equal prominence. In the "Customise" panel no optional category is pre-selected.
Also:
- if you close the banner with the X, this counts as a refusal: only necessary cookies stay active;
- scrolling the page or continuing to browse does not count as consent;
- your choice is remembered for 6 months; after that we ask you again. We also ask you earlier if the cookies used by the website change significantly.
How to change or withdraw your choices
You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. The panel opens again and you can switch individual categories on or off. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of use made before withdrawal.
If you withdraw consent to analytics, Google Analytics is no longer loaded. To also remove _ga cookies already saved, you can delete them from your browser, as explained below.
How to manage cookies from your browser
You can also view, block and delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the banner will reappear on every visit, because the website will not be able to remember your choice.
